Principal consultant
Gavin Sandison
Gavin is a multidisciplinary physicist-engineer with experience spanning medical devices, plasma and high-voltage systems, scientific and X-ray instrumentation, aerospace sensing, product development and manufacturing.
He has led technology from early feasibility and prototype development through verification, regulatory design compliance, NPI and manufacture, working across mechanical, electronic, embedded, software and operational disciplines.
His particular strength is combining scientific reasoning with hands-on engineering and technical leadership: understanding the underlying physics, resolving interfaces between disciplines and turning complex programmes into clear, executable work.
